All properties obtained will be permanently designated for charitable use as a senior living facility and will not be sold in the future. All sponsorship funds raised will be allocated exclusively for acquiring buildings for the care home and hospice. These funds will be used solely for renting, construction and renovation, property acquisition, staff equipment purchases, utility payments, staff training, and all related project expenses. We are dedicated to creating an elegant and sophisticated environment for formal events, providing our employees with professional and effective training, and ensuring that we fully meet the expectations of each sponsor.
